Simply fill out as much as much information that you can on the Design Brief and we’ll do the rest. Our system ensures that we design your logo to appeal to your customer demographic, so there is no problem at all if you don't know what you want.

2. Is your work guaranteed? Top
Your satisfaction is our greatest concern. Once you receive your logo, there is a chance for revision. If you are still unsatisfied, we will give you 100% of your money back.

3. How many design choices will I get? Top
We will send you one design.

4. Are there extra fees for extra colors or other details? Top
No.

5. When will I receive the first draft? Top
Within 3 to 4 working days of us receiving your brief.

6. How will you deliver my new logo? Top
We will email your logo to you.

7. How many changes to the logo can I make? Top
You have the opportunity to make one set of revisions. This is why it’s very important for you to carefully consider what changes you want, and to fill out the revisions form as thoroughly as you can.

8. Everyone else offers unlimited revisions. Why do you offer only one? Top
While having the opportunity to change your logo an infinite amount of times sounds like a good thing, it can in fact be a time-waster. By allowing only one revision, you are forced to really think about what you want, which in turn solidifies the concept in your own mind. This allows you to truly own the logo, and it also keeps short a process that can drag on indefinitely, until neither party is satisfied.

9. Can I use my new logo on my web site? Top
The logo belongs to you. You may use it as you wish.

10. Where else can I use my logo? Top
On your stationery, on your business cards, on your building, anywhere your imagination takes you!

11. What happens if I need to cancel an order you've already started on? Top
Just let us know, and we’ll stop work and return your money, right up until the point at which you receive the original files. If you have already received the original files, the job is complete, and we will be unable to return your money.

12. I live in a different country. Can I order a logo from you? Top
Yes. As long as you can get to the Internet, you can get a logo from us.

13. Who owns the copyright to my logo? Top
You do. The only requirement from us is that we have your permission to use your logo in our portfolio as an example of our work.

14. What if I don't like the initial logo concept? Top
Please tell us. We will work with you to assure satisfaction.

15. What is the difference between a "redraw" and a "revision"? Top
A revision is a change to an initial concept, and a redraw is a change to a logo that is already in existence (someone else made the logo, and you want us to change it). We don’t generally do redraws.

16. How can I claim a refund? Top
You can get a refund at any point up until you receive the final files. You can read our refund policy for full details.

17. Can I submit my own ideas for my logo? Top
Of course you can. Try to fill out the brief as much as possible, and there’s a space at the end for extra information.

18. What format is my logo delivered in? Top
We will send you your logo in several formats:
Colour: RGB (web and home printing), CMYK (professional printing)
Files: PDF (the most versatile file around), PNG (web sites), JPG (general picture file), the original AI file (you need a professional program like Adobe Illustrator to use this).

19. What are PDF profiles? Top
These contain all the information needed to successfully print your logo. They vary from country to country, and we will send you the appropriate one for your area. They are automatically included in the file, you never see them, and you don’t ever need to think about them, unless you move countries.

20. What software do you use to create the logo design? Top
Our designers generally use Adobe Illustrator.
